    In general, it's not good. Low protein, lots of fat. Okay if you want to gain weight, but that's not enough on its own. Dissolves terribly, it always forms lumps, and the flavors are mediocre. The Cookies & Cream is tasteless and the Salted Caramel is nicer. In short, get something else. 1 star

    Unfortunately, it does not dissolve easily at all with just liquids. I even tried putting it in the blender, and still a lot stuck to the bottom like mud. The best way is together with something else solid, like cornflakes. I fill the bowl, pour it on top, strain it a little to mix it and not let it all sit on top, then I pour the milk and stir a little. Only in this way does it manage to dissolve better. Cheap, but I don't know if it's worth choosing it again
