It does not dissolve nicely in the mouth like the B12 fix.
After the first few seconds (in which the behavior is exactly like the B12 fix) it acquires a rough "spongy" texture and stops dissolving further.

I contacted the company, which told me that they checked the batch and did not find any problem. They replaced it with another one. I haven't tried yet if it has the same behavior because I bought another preparation.

It's a very nice product; it works in about 10 minutes if I have a panic attack. Also very nice to get a better sleep

A lot of vitamins, you feel much more energy and reduced fatigue very quickly. The taste is not the best, but they do not upset the stomach.

There were no side effects apart from mild hypertension if taken late in the afternoon. It melts easily in the mouth and provides a good amount of energy, especially after the first week of taking it. For me, it significantly reduced the feeling of fatigue in my legs and knees.

A B vitamin complex is one of the best things we can give to our body. Is this a b-complex as it claims to be? No. It lacks vitamins B3, B5, and B9 (folic acid). It is unknown by what criteria this was done and I think I encounter it for the first time. The quantities for the existing vitamins are good, but this is a little irrelevant when half of the B vitamins are missing from a B vitamin complex.

I use it daily, for 1 year, according to the instructions of my pathologist, due to a slight deficiency of Vitamin B.. the levels have stabilized, they do not decrease and slightly improve... It is worth every euro, it is complex, with many years of pharmaceutical experience, without any significant user complaints, from what I could find.
