    I take it for ulcerative colitis, personally I saw a difference and it has helped me with stomach inflammation.

    Using this product together with boswellia lowered the calprotectin inflammation marker to 17 from 170. The limit for this measurement is below 50, and also in colonoscopy the results were excellent. Its taste is pleasant, like orange juice, I add it to water. Of course, every organism reacts differently but for me it worked like a charm. Curcumin absorbs iron so anyone who is deficient should know this, and the only side effect is maybe some acid reflux for those who have issues with heartburn. I hope I helped
