Two patches in individual packaging - maybe the only positive thing. They seem big, but unfortunately they are small, resulting in clothes getting dirty. I was using a different brand and I tried these when the company that sells them sent them to me as a sample with a bottle purchase. They are excellent. They absorb moisture very well and, unlike the others I was using, they are invisible under the shirt because their shape remains stable.
