Longing for two kisses… Every time I start a novel, I feel like I am holding a ball of thread in my hands, something like Ariadne's thread. And I slowly unravel it, page by page, to manage to map souls, to reach redemption. I am stunned when I see people whose eyes shine with narcissism, who live, move, and act solely based on their own interest. In every place, in every profession. I dived into deep, unfathomable waters to understand them, to explain their behavior. I delved into the childhood of my heroine. The age when our personality is shaped, when our mental and emotional world is built. I realized that traumatic events do not need to occur in a child's life for them to develop a negative self-image. A negative psychological atmosphere at home is enough, the attitude of the parents towards the child is enough. And then unpleasant feelings accumulate in their soul. Guilt, fear, anger, sadness.

I struggled to clear the soul of my heroine. To discover her. If there really was a magical mirror to ask who the most beautiful woman in the world is, Snow White would come second in line. Because the mirror would answer, without hesitation, that the most beautiful woman in the world is one and only. Lou Vergini. The girl with violet eyes. She was born in Athens. One night when it was raining heavily. At the moment of her birth, somewhere, somehow, a narcissist poked his little head out of the ground. "Today the most beautiful baby has come into the world! A doll with violet eyes!" the midwife began shouting when she first saw her. The only one who was displeased was her father. He longed for a son.
