Many times the conversation with my passenger is lost on trips and we have to press the button every time to sync again.
With a double click I can’t redial the last incoming or outgoing call on my mobile phone, it doesn’t support it because it’s a bit older. Soon I’m buying a new mobile device, with the latest technology, to see!!
Anyway, with a new intercom that I recently bought from AliExpress for €16, not only does it do redial but also auto-answer that counts down in English, in how many seconds you’ll be on the air!!! And all this on the old mobile phone device still.
With the Sena I have missed many incoming calls because the ringtone is not heard clearly and loudly.
Also, although I downloaded the Sena app to make any settings through it, it doesn’t support it. Yet the manual says it does.
The soft cover of the microphone’s outer sheath has come unstuck, without any mistreatment.
The purchase was made in April 2025, and I’ve been using it for a year and a bit. You may think I was late to write this, but I postponed it many times. I also thought about selling it, but better to throw it away so that no one else has to suffer.
I don’t know about the company’s more expensive models, for any problems, but these also cost €200 for two devices. I chose Sena as a reliable and serious company.. In the end, it’s not always true that you get what you pay for.
We use this expression more for cheap products; here the opposite applies.....

Good and sturdy product, the only drawback for me, which of course may be an isolated incident, is that it has mild fluctuations in sound volume. It's as if the sound gets a bit muffled and then it fixes itself again. My product may have a small issue and this phenomenon may not be general. Overall, I am satisfied for the money I paid, 109 €.
