    The product seems to be of very good quality. Perhaps some of the components could have been made of aluminum in order to make it lighter. For this reason alone, I am giving it 4 stars.
    Initially, it seemed that it did not fit on the RAV4 MK2 (2000-2005). The upper arm that "embraces" the tire did not fit in the gap between the spare tire and the door. I thought about using a spacer, but it still seemed like it would barely touch the rear windshield.

    Update:
    I was a little late in updating my comment, but eventually, with the use of some washers, I managed to bring the spare tire slightly outward, allowing the upper arm to fit in the available gap. (Perhaps the problem was with my spare tire being made of iron and not aluminum). So, I was able to use it and I have to say that I am very satisfied. Of course, I have only used it for relatively short trips, but it doesn't seem like it will have any issues with longer ones.
    The rear door doesn't seem to have any problems with the increased weight, which was my biggest concern.

    I have had the rack since June 2020. I have used it 3 times for trips of 250 km. No issues, just gave it 4 stars because I only carried 2 bikes with a total weight of 32 kilograms. The car is a Toyota RAV. TIP: Once you have driven a few kilometers, stop and check the straps, you may need to tighten them a bit (get the wrench).
