Since the GSM is a necessary evil to know which contact triggered the alarm! Other than that, it seems like a serious system that will last for many years. For those who say the support is nonexistent, I believe they didn't even bother to send at least one email, as when I needed something, the technician even sent me his personal phone number to contact him for any questions!
