Description
The gas grill Majesty-S from Vanward has 3 burners, which allow you to have multiple temperature zones on the cooking surface so you can grill different types of food simultaneously (e.g., meat at high temperature and vegetables at low temperature). The cooking surface is 56x36cm and you will be able to grill approximately 5 steaks at a time.
The main advantage of gas grills is that they ignite immediately, reach temperature very quickly, and the intensity of the temperature is adjustable. It has a side cooking burner where you can simultaneously prepare some sauce or side dishes for your grilled food.
With the cast iron grill, cooking is done faster, as the temperature is evenly distributed on all sides of the food. To maintain the cast iron grill before cooking, it is good to spread a thin layer of cooking oil (e.g. olive oil or some vegetable fat) and thus you will have created a non-stick surface. Also, it has a thermometer so you can check the temperature of the chamber while cooking, avoiding burning the food.
Finally, it has built-in wheels, so moving it is easy.
Safety of use
- Before use, make sure that the connections to the bottle and the hose are tight. You can check for leaks by putting soapy water on the joints – if you see bubbles, there is a leak.
- Always use the grill outdoors or in a very well-ventilated area.
- Keep the grill away from flammable materials (wood, carpets, furniture).
- Check the gas hose frequently for wear and replace it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Turn off the gas valves first from the bottle and then from the grill to avoid any gas accumulation.
Cleaning
- After finishing cooking, clean the grill while it is still warm with a wire brush to remove food residues.
- Clean the burners periodically and check for blockages in holes or flames. A blocked burner can cause uneven heat distribution.
General tips
- If the grill is left exposed, cover it with a durable cover for protection from rain and moisture.
- Allow the grill to preheat for 10-15 minutes to ensure a stable temperature and good cooking.
