Benefits

They are necessary for hormone composition, cardiovascular health, blood pressure control, mood, mental development, and overall health, while also playing a crucial role in the composition of cell membranes. Additionally, they aid in wound healing, skin regeneration, and protection from UV rays. Fatty acids are derived from fish oils, found in triglyceride form, and are enriched with DHA, from Borage oil and sea buckthorn.
  • The formula is enhanced with coenzyme Q10, which participates in the energy production mechanisms of cells, has antioxidant action, and enhances the antioxidant action of other molecules.

Dosage

  • Children 5 - 18 years old 1 capsule daily with food. 
  • Adults 2 capsules daily with food.

I had to call the company to find out what the daily dosage is, as the box states one thing and the enclosed leaflet states another. It is 2 per day with food. There is competition from a British company with the same content that is also cheaper. I preferred it because it is from a Greek company.
