The product is very good in terms of support and has very good build quality,
BUT..............
At the point where the part that holds the thumb is supported on the rest of the brace, externally you will notice that it has a thick protruding circular seam. The side blade that keeps the thumb immobilized is located in a pocket that is sewn outside of the brace AND PASSES OVER THIS SEAM, causing it to press the seam inward very strongly. If you feel inside before wearing it, you will see a large bulge where our thumb connects to the rest of the wrist. So when you wear the brace and stabilize it, you immediately feel discomfort, and after 10 minutes it becomes UNBEARABLE PAIN because it presses that bulge too much and it is unbearable. I even tried putting makeshift "cushions" inside, but without any result.
I asked an orthopedic specialist if I am not applying it correctly or if I didn't order the correct size. The size and the way of application were correct.
In the end, I had to cut a section internally in order to be able to use it.
Honestly, I am surprised that no one noticed this SO IMPORTANT DETAIL in an otherwise commendable product???

Στο σημείο που στηρίζεται το τμήμα που συγκρατεί τον αντίχειρα πάνω στον υπόλοιπο νάρθηκα,εξωτερικά θα παρατηρήσετε ότι έχει μία κυκλική, εξωτερική ραφή αρκετά χοντρή που προεξέχει. Η πλαϊνή λάμα η οποία κρατάει ακίνητο τον αντίχειρα, βρίσκεται σε μία υποδοχή (θήκη) η οποία είναι ραμμένη εξωτερικά του νάρθηκα ΚΑΙ ΠΕΡΝΑΕΙ ΠΑΝΩ ΑΠΟ ΑΥΤΗΝ ΤΗΝ ΡΑΦΗ με αποτέλεσμα να πιέζει την ραφή αυτή προς τα μέσα πολύ έντονα. Αν ψηλαφίσετε εσωτερικά πριν το φορέσετε θα δείτε ένα μεγάλο εξόγκωμα στο σημείο που ενώνεται ο αντίχειρας μας με τον υπόλοιπο καρπό. Οταν λοιπόν φορέσεις τον νάρθηκα και τον σταθεροποιήσεις, κατευθείαν έχεις μία ενόχληση, ενώ μετά από 10 λεπτά είναι πλέον ΠΟΝΟΣ ΑΦΟΡΗΤΟΣ γιατί σε πιέζει πάρα πολύ εκείνο το εξόγκωμα και δεν αντέχεται. Μέχρι αυτοσχέδια "μαξιλαράκια" έβαλα από μέσα άλλα χωρίς αποτέλεσμα.
Ρώτησα ορθοπεδικό μήπως δεν το εφαρμόζω εγώ σωστά η μήπως δεν είχα παραγγείλει το σωστό νούμερο. Ηταν σωστά και το νούμερο και ο τρόπος εφαρμογής.
Τελικά αναγκάστηκα να ψαλιδίσω ένα τμήμα εσωτερικά για να μπορέσω να το χρησιμοποιήσω
Ειλικρινά μου κάνει εντύπωση πως και κάνεις δεν πρόσεξε αυτήν την ΤΟΣΟ ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΗ ΛΕΠΤΟΜΕΡΕΙΑ σε ένα κατά τα άλλα αξιόλογο προϊόν???
