    Selenium was considered a poison until 1950, like Arsenic; Lanes was the first to release the effervescent Selenium preparation, 25 mg with A, C, E, which does everything Lanes claims, promotes hair growth, protects gums and teeth, and relieves oxidative stress... now all companies produce Selenium up to 200 mg... as a psychoactive????
