The price is unbelievable. I have taken off the bands and I use them as abdominal wheel with open or closed hands.

For 6 euros, it's the best... It's extremely lightweight.

1. The most effective foam roller, and I've tried everything.

2. If you're a man and you don't have Ronnie Coleman's requirements, even the most fit/strong can easily do Front-Raises & Lateral-Raises for shoulders. The burn is intense.

3. For women, it does almost everything for shoulders, back, biceps, etc

It looks good, but it is very lightweight plastic and I don't know if it does the job! It also has 2 pages with exercises!

The tire broke in less than a month! I hope I am one of the unlucky ones... It is affordable and I liked it enough while using it...

Where convenient and valuable tool. Initially, I was skeptical about buying it but its use so far has satisfied me.
It comes with a booklet with several exercises that can support a proper home workout program without the need for complex machines.
As for its durability over time... It remains to be seen. But with such a low cost, I don't have high expectations. I can always buy a second one, especially with the low price it currently has on Skroutz.
