Description

Description

Friendship, gratitude, and honor towards this God, Who appears not as an ecstatic and indifferent "mover of the unmoved," but as, according to Kavasilas, the "abode of human questions," radically transforms the entire universe into a co-active society of dialogical reciprocity - the surprise of a meeting that transcends the boldest dreams of any human philosophy, as it unfolds within the words and deeds of those involved in the ecclesiastical event, both ancient and modern. A meeting that, even amidst the fluctuations and tremors of human intent, movingly bears witness to the truth of the already initiated "within us" Kingdom, which joyfully reflects within us the reality of the Church, that is, the history of God's love.

Father Nikolaos is one of the greatest theologians and thinkers today. The book consists of his speeches, which is why it is much more understandable than his other books. By reading this particular book, you are forced to do self-examination and, in combination with the truths of our faith that the book presents beautifully, you position yourself better in relation to the world, fellow human beings, and God.
