When I put the blade that comes with the machine in the package, the inner shaft in the rod BROKE and the machine became unusable. Very poor construction. STAY AWAY.

  • For home use it is just fine, you need to be a bit careful with the cable during use and make sure to get spare parts/consumables. Very powerful and easy to use, I might deduct half a star for the support strap because it is a bit uncomfortable.

I bought it after reading the reviews... the machine is very powerful but very heavy,,, after half an hour of work my hand got strained, I can't lift it... and the line broke immediately and it's also very expensive... That's why they say... that such machines should only be bought in person

Very powerful and lightweight. I expected it to be softer with the vibrations, unfortunately. But definitely better than the petrol-powered one. The trimmer line cover is plastic and wears out easily.

positives: divisible shaft for easy transport even with a scooter in a backpack, very powerful and effortless, smart placement of 3 spare lines in the handle, negatives: the speed cannot be adjusted, you constantly drag the cable and it wears out the line quickly, which is small in radius due to the guard, Bosch's line is extremely expensive.
I put a twisted 4.3 and it barely fits but still wears out relatively quickly, I will proceed to change the head in order to have 4 lines and move the guard so that the line is longer and we'll see. Used in a field with grass and mallows of one stremma

I was impressed. I was torn between getting a 2-stroke 2hp or another more powerful electric one, e.g. 1400 Watts Kraft. In the end, I got the Bosch. I used it without having experience with other brush cutters. It is lightweight.

I quickly cut an area of about 100 sq.m. with stones, which hadn't been cleaned since the summer, using the line. I didn't use the disc because I didn't have time, but it will be needed for more woody vegetation. That's where the line would get stuck. Time will tell, but so far so good. In the end, I cleaned it and that's it. No hassle with gasoline, oils, etc.

Be careful, always use protection for your face, body, hands, and legs. It throws cut pieces and small stones with a lot of force. Also, always keep the extension cord behind you.

Perfect. Simply. I didn't use the fishing line that has the metal in the middle, I got a similar one without metal and put some insulating tape in the middle to keep the tension. Really, compared to another one I had that drove me crazy because it needed tightening and had the old fishing line system which troubled me immensely, this one was perfect

Having 2 gasoline trimmers, I decided to try this one. It truly left me speechless, incredible power, silent, cuts everything, easy to use! As for the strap, it's ok, normal stuff. The line it has is extremely durable! Of course, I combined it with an extension cord. One of the best purchases I've made in recent years!

At first I was skeptical... but when it came time to use it I was amazed, it does its job very well with all the accessories included in its box.
Keep in mind that you will need a long extension cord, about 20 or 30 meters, to do your job easily if you have large yards or gardens.

I used it at my country house (only the disc), which had become a jungle. Very powerful, easy to use. It cleaned everything easily, made things much easier for me. I think it is a very good choice. The only downside is the strap provided to hang it on your shoulder, sometimes its clip would come undone. Not a big deal though since it is a powerful and quality machine that is worth its money (€136.90). I would definitely recommend it for purchase. Lightweight and much less noisy than a gasoline-powered one, without breathing in exhaust fumes and oil smell or needing maintenance.

Perfect! With the metal disc it cuts everything. I got a different Agroforce 93975 Square Twisted Trimmer Line, 40m Length and 3.5mm Thickness and it's just fine. It might come off sometimes if it gets tangled in a thick plant, but the price is unbeatable.
Also, for the button to stay pressed, I used Velcro, the one used to hold cables, and I slide it over the pressed button and that's it.

13-5-2025.... For the 150 sq.m. that I need it for, two or three times a year, it is just right. First use was a month ago. Every 15 minutes, I stopped to let it rest and collect the cut grass. Because I am clumsy and hit stones and various other things, in the first hour, I used up one of the 3 pieces of line that came with the package. I bought 40 meters of twisted line for 13 euros, cut pieces, and put a little electrical tape in the middle to fit into the slot it has. Now the tool is unbeatable. It's like it wants to tear up the soil and find the roots of the grass. Simply amazing. For me, the purchase is more than worth it. I didn't try the disc. In the end, I cleaned it and put a little grease on its shaft. If anything changes along the way, I will update.

the only downside compared to a similar Gardena I had for 22 years!! is that the "line" when it falls below halfway essentially needs changing because the cutting performance drops a lot, whereas the Gardena had a line spool and with 1-2 presses down it released length. Otherwise, I consider it an excellent purchase.

Simply an incredible tool. Until now, I had a 2hp from Visco, which had simply tested my patience. After this experience, I decided that I would get a tool that is plug-in. This, therefore, in terms of power is equivalent to the 2hp gasoline, but weighs 1/3. It didn't suit me at all to put it on my back, and I work with it only by its handle, since it is very light for me.

Quite powerful. A major drawback is that the cap for the string is not screw-on, resulting in it breaking during the first hour of use.

Having complete confidence in the machines (and generally in the products) of the company, as I own quite a few of them, as soon as I saw that the company released an electric brush cutter at this power, I rushed to buy it (in June '24) without a second thought. The machine is extremely effective with its (own) cutting line (which is expensive, but does not wear out easily or quickly, so the high cost is balanced by the good result). With the blade, it is a 'destroyer'! It doesn't understand anything! Compared to gasoline-powered ones, it is quieter and, above all, easier to use. You plug it in, press the button, and you're off! I might prefer it with a double handle for better control. It is a wonderful purchase.

I have no comparison with other machines. Anyway, I do not regret buying electric. It is very powerful both with the disc and with the string. I consider it an excellent purchase for amateur use at least. Finally, you can buy extra economical spare parts from AliExpress, except for the disc which I have not managed to find cheap.

I have been using it for about 6 months and I am very satisfied. An important advantage is that it is lightweight and has a disc. The only (small) disadvantage I would mention is the power switch, it is a bit awkward and tires the fingers of the hand.

Extremely good / strong for power. In a property with many wilds, it holds up very well. The disc is average. The handle, as everyone mentions, is in the wrong spot; it gets tiring after a while.

The machine is definitely worth its purchase, it is powerful and relatively lightweight. I would prefer its belt to be more ergonomic and the truth is that after an hour of use, it starts to tire me out. Overall, I am very satisfied. Be careful to always have the cable of the trimmer behind us. On hot days, I think it would be good to take some short breaks to rest the engine

Amateur use for 3 years, everything is good. Until now, I was getting trimmers from China, I also tried the hack mentioned in the comments for the trimmer (buying a good trimmer of the same diameter, cutting it to the same length, and wrapping it in the center with tape to have approximately the same thickness as the metal of the original trimmer) and everything is good. I have also used the metal cutting one, very satisfied.

The machine is value for money. Very easy to assemble, very lightweight and the trimmer line changes very easily. Buy a 3.5 20-30 meter one and cut it into pieces of 39-40 centimeters. In the middle, wrap thick insulation tape so that you can place it with a little difficulty and squeeze it enough inside, otherwise it will break. Have a large spool of trimmer line and you're ready.

Very powerful and effective, I don't have experience with petrol-powered ones but I compare it to an older electric trimmer from another company that I had, cheaper though. The comparison is like day and night. I cleaned a neighboring plot of 300 square meters with thick grass that hadn't been cleared for 2 years using mainly the blade in less than an hour, as well as my own plot very easily with the trimmer. The strap helps a lot to work comfortably and with the adjustments on the handles, you can customize it to your liking. The original trimmer lines are very expensive, though. At least in the initial packaging, there are 3 pairs that will definitely last me the season. There are also videos with tips on YouTube, but I'm not sure if I will be able to make it work correctly and without any issues without burning it in the end.

First day of use and the impressions are very positive. Having done the heavy work, the large weeds, in previous months with a petrol trimmer, the smaller ones now were a piece of cake for the electric one. With very easy assembly, lighter, with less noise, but powerful and fast, it is definitely much more practical and easy to use than the petrol ones. You don't have to deal with oils, petrol, and the difficulty of starting them. The only negative is the ergonomics of the handle. Especially the trigger is too far back, causing the hand to slip and stop. It takes time to get used to it. But even the front handle, with the hand stretched, is very tiring for the elbow. The Bosch trimmer line is very good and practical, although only 3.5mm, it lasted me 1.5 hours of continuous use. It is of course very expensive: 30 euros for 10 pieces...

First time using an electric one after years with gasoline-powered. Very powerful, both with the blades and the trimmer line. With a good quality trimmer line of 3mm, it easily cuts through tough weeds up to one and a half inches, while with the blades, I was able to cut woody shrubs up to four inches thick. It just needs sharpening after about two hours of work. It is lighter and less tiring for your hands and ears compared to medium-sized gasoline-powered ones. I didn't like the shoulder strap that comes with it, but with a modification, I attached the straps from an old gasoline-powered one. The most obvious downside is the cord. You need to be careful because you can cut it with the blades in a moment. For its price, quality, and for distances up to 15-20 meters from the power supply, it is very good.

  • When I put the blade that comes with the machine in the package, the inner shaft in the rod BROKE and the machine became unusable. Very poor construction. STAY AWAY.

  • For home use it is just fine, you need to be a bit careful with the cable during use and make sure to get spare parts/consumables. Very powerful and easy to use, I might deduct half a star for the support strap because it is a bit uncomfortable.

  • I bought it after reading the reviews... the machine is very powerful but very heavy,,, after half an hour of work my hand got strained, I can't lift it... and the line broke immediately and it's also very expensive... That's why they say... that such machines should only be bought in person

  • Very powerful and lightweight. I expected it to be softer with the vibrations, unfortunately. But definitely better than the petrol-powered one. The trimmer line cover is plastic and wears out easily.
