    I bought it on January 5th and I have sent it for warranty service 3 times within 5 months, damn it, and I have used 6 batteries. Money wasted.
    It starts to have gaps from the clutch inside and ends up feeling like it has been working for 10 years. I really regret the money I spent on it, and I have another brand's product that I have been using for 2 years without any issues. It annoys me that I decided to buy it (good).
