I can't imagine what bright mind had the idea to use plastic stems on the potentiometers of the switches, instead of the usual metal ones found on guitar pedals.
The bottom line is that not only did the stem break, but even worse, the support department at Digitech is playing hide and seek, as they never responded to my emails or on their official Facebook page.
And I didn't ask them for anything crazy, just to buy a new replacement stem out of my own pocket.
I can overlook material flaws, but not customer indifference.
Never again Digitech.

Overall, the whole concept is good. However, the Style button does not respond correctly when rotated. It frequently jumps to different positions and can be a bit frustrating until you achieve the desired one. I will speak with the store tomorrow, it might be a defective product.

Γενικά καλό σαν σκέψη το όλο θέμα. Το κομβίο Style όμως κατά την περιστροφή δεν ανταποκρίνεται σωστά. "Πηδάει" συχνά σχετικά θέσεις και σου σπάει λίγο τα νεύρα μέχρι να πετύχεις αυτήν που θέλεις. Θα μιλήσω αύριο με το κατάστημα, ίσως να ήταν ελαττωματικό προϊόν.
