You can weigh yourself and then drink a glass of water and weigh yourself again, and it will show completely different percentages of fat and muscle mass, as well as other measurements. According to the user manual, for accurate and comparable results, measurements should be taken under similar hydration conditions as the previous time. Also, if someone is dehydrated, the results are not accurate... Personally, I recommend to my clients to drink a glass of water half an hour before weighing to ensure that the hydration status is consistent each time and, most importantly, that they are hydrated because this scale tends to show everyone as dehydrated.
