The fabric came apart within a month so it could not be used. Although you don't expect much for its price, I had the impression that it would last longer.

The best thing you can get for yourself. I use it mostly on my back and less on my neck. It's a delight.

I put in another power supply that I had, 12v 3A, and it became much stronger. They shouldn't have this power supply. It works now. I'm giving 4 stars because I would like it to be stronger.

Quite good and positive that it can connect to a car, but it is not very strong. When you let go of your weight, the intensity of the massage decreases. Also, it doesn't have levels, something I had found in the past in a similar product. However, in relation to its price, it is okay.

Weak motor, you can't lean your back because it struggles. You have to stand almost with the strength of your muscles upright.

The image does not correspond to reality. It shows that there are two massage balls on each side (like the old one I had and it was really amazing). This one has 4 on each side and low intensity, it's basically useless. I do not recommend it.

I have multiple units, so I took one apart and aside from the motor and main shaft, everything is made of cheap plastic. The motor is really strong, so if you press on it, the motor will not stop, it will put quite a bit of power trying to keep rotating but the plastic gears will not be able to handle the torque. The plastic gears begin to melt and their teeth break when the unit heats up and it heats up alright. I am planning on replacing the plastic gears with custom made metal ones and then this cushion will last forever. (or at least until I find out what is the next thing to break)
So overall, if you are going to buy it, make sure to buy like 3 or 4 at once so you can save on the delivery and be ready to change them often.

I believe that with a little more money you can get something better, however, for €11 it is good, rather than begging to be rubbed you put it in the socket and fool yourself

I have it for about 2 months... It creates insecurity regarding durability... Helpful nonetheless.... It relieved me from back pain, I believe the fact that it is heated helped a lot, but it requires systematic use... I would like a better rubber because it is too loose... But for 10 €, it's a very good purchase!!!!

The device is very good for its price. I have bought two and after two months of daily use, both transformers burned out. However, the devices continue to work.

It is a good massage machine relatively. Its construction is very good as well as its power. The downside is that it needs to be fastened somewhere and you have to constantly move it wherever you want. I wouldn't buy it again just for this reason. Otherwise, it is good!

As long as it was working, I can say that it was fine... but after less than a month, the strap tore as shown in the photos and unfortunately it cannot be repaired at least because the leather around it does not hold at all... what a shame!

It lasted very little, bad quality.

In the 1st month of use, the fabric came off at the seam, causing it to get tangled inside the rotating head and get stuck. The product had a warranty, so I returned it and they gave me a new one. However, the second one only lasted one week. The two rotating heads started sticking, so I returned it again. In the end, I got a refund. It was all a waste of time. It's not worth buying.

For the money, it is very good. The transformer burned out within a month, but it was immediately replaced under warranty. It is worth it for an economical massage machine.

Everything is good with the use of the device and the money, but the cable limits you, I would prefer it to be rechargeable and use it wherever I want and not near a socket.
