What makes this book particularly attractive and useful is that Rollo May writes in an incredibly readable way, explaining fundamental - complex concepts to the reader in a simple, clear, and concise manner.
It offers a much better understanding of:
- the psychological issues of the healthy individual
- human anxiety (normal stress practically shows that humans have values)
- well-being - happiness.
The truths revealed in this book are precious and become more valuable over time...
Rollo May passionately sought to discover existence: both in himself and in other people. In our culture, we hesitate to speak about our existence, the most intimate, deep, and revealing aspect.
... however, existence is connected with the fundamental: love, death, anxiety, relationship, caring for others...
A landmark book for a deeper understanding of ourselves and others.
