Purchased in November 2020 on Black Friday from a well-known department store and 5 years later it works perfectly! It is used countless times daily (making milk for 2 babies over these years) with bottled water only. For me, it doesn't get more VFM than this! As for the minerals that it logically collects, as soon as you put a little vinegar or sour, they disappeared immediately!
