    It is elegant, exactly as it appears in the photo. The arms are made of nice and carefully crafted aluminum. The cap and base are made of plastic. The plastic joints also work properly with the appropriate tightening (adjustment of the screw). With a 3000K to 4000K LED bulb at around 400 lumens, it is excellent.
    Issue: The base is poorly made. The bottom part is oval instead of flat and wobbles on the desk every time you try to change its position. It also shows a few more or less rust spots inside from the blue cap of the base, which undermines the good image I mentioned before. I opened the base, cleaned the rust spots, and added supports around it to give it stability. I eventually fixed it and I am satisfied, but it requires some craftsmanship. I would not choose it if I knew it was like this.

    Also, for those who are sensitive to their eyes, they should know that all 220-volt LED bulbs, except for the very expensive ones, have more or less flicker of 100 Hz (2x50). The best way to avoid this is to buy an LED light with built-in bulbs that work on continuous power (USB).
