The smell for some reason reminds me of a mild floral scent that an elderly lady would wear. I wish it smelled different. As for the application, it absorbs quickly, although even if you put enough to feel hydrated, you only feel like you applied too much product. The next morning, the hydration levels of the skin are satisfactory, though. I couldn't stand to use it systematically to see a difference, which is why I'm not giving it just two stars, but three because it might firm up if used systematically. Anyway, up to that point, mediocre.
