Description
Network cable from Ubiquiti, suitable for outdoor use, with a length of 1m in black color. It is S/FTP type, meaning it has double FTP and STP shielding. Each cable pair is shielded with aluminum and then all pairs are shielded together. This process reduces electromagnetic interference and noise between cables. Category Cat.5e, the improved version of Cat.5 designed to reduce interference and support speeds up to 1000 Mbps (Gigabit Ethernet) at 100 MHz. It has no visual difference from Cat.5, but it has a significant difference as it greatly reduces crosstalk between communication channels. Due to its low cost, it is widely used for wired networks, even in VDSL connections up to 200 Mbps.
