This particular model, whoever bought it after 2020, we have an issue with the main zipper. We have purchased it by about 8 to 10 people, from whom I have received feedback, and we all have had the zipper broken within two to three years. Everyone has exactly the same problem, and we have not bought it from the same store.
I had bought the previous model in the summer of 2000, and it broke after 20 years (seams opened, torn, etc., worn out basically). Terrible. This one has a major issue with the zipper.
Other than that, it is the best bag ever. It does not burn (try holding a lighter to it) and the things inside do not get wet (it has been in the sea), except for the mesh at the back. If they fix the problem, everything will be perfect.
