I have been using this product for several years with a dosage of 4 capsules per day with food (all together). I confirm that it does not have any negative long-term side effects. I usually take a break for 1-2 months and then start again for 1-2 months (mainly for economic reasons, but also because it is said that vitamins should not be taken continuously).
