After I downloaded its software, I tried it on three different computers, with three different operating systems to set it up. I tried and tried again... but I couldn't manage anything, there was no communication between the software and the remote control... I just threw it away

It was programmed very easily, by connecting it with a common USB cable to the computer and using Tele's RCCreator software, and entering the model of the television

It is easily programmable (with a USB cable and computer, of course), the application's database is comprehensive and constantly updated.

A very convenient feature is that the Menu, Back, and Exit buttons are located around the "arrows" for easy navigation. Excellent value for the money asked.

Coming from the TELE 200 & 100 USB, I easily programmed it, although their software is not the most user-friendly. But once you understand it, you can customize your remote control as you wish (even with a little XML editing): for example, changing channels on the set-top box with the ch+/- button, while adjusting the volume on the TV without changing the source. The double power button is a plus. One for the TV (or whatever device you have in place of the TV) and one for the selected source. So, if you have a decoder connected to an old TV, you can always keep it on the decoder and turn the TV on/off with the extra power button.

As for the negatives (or positives, depending on how you see it), the small size might be a challenge for people with large fingers. Also, due to its size, it has fewer buttons than larger remotes. You'll have to get creative if you need more than just the basic buttons. For example, I sacrificed the (useless to me) numeric buttons "7", "8", "9" to have the play/pause/stop buttons.

If you're willing to spend some time, don't have huge fingers, and have up to 3 devices, I would recommend it. It's a good value for the money.
