I had an old DVD PLAYER without HDMI, only with RCA. The TV I got has only HDMI ports and USB. I got this, but BE CAREFUL to make sure it says input on the RCA and output on the HDMI, and it works perfectly.
For the money, I think the image it produces is satisfactory. I connected it to a 43'' UHD Samsung TV

Not good at all, this particular piece. I had to constantly switch between 720p and 1080p even though the source didn't change. (connecting a small console to a PC). Also, significant signal delay.
It does the job for what I bought it for, it's small and cheap, so it's fine.
It could have a slightly better material quality, but since it works, I don't mind.

Works perfectly
Works perfectly
Quality is terrible. It's like the TV has myopia. And in both 720p and 1080p settings.
