    I gave it a 4 because its application is complicated, it requires less quantity on the edges because it tends to clump. Generally, the key is to use a small amount and spread it quickly.     It is honest for its price and the shadows stay in place. The only main problem I have is that in the outer corner it always gathers and because it dries immediately, I can neither spread it nor erase it without messing up the rest of the eye. Generally, if it gathers in one spot, it dries and creates patches.
