    It is creamy and easy to apply, but while the shine is not dazzling, it has too much shimmer to put on the face. However, if someone wants to use it on the face, know that it "lifts" the makeup underneath and diminishes the coverage (of course, you can mix it with the makeup to have both coverage and shine). It goes without saying that if you touch someone, it will transfer onto them. I use it on my eyes, mainly in the inner corner and on the brow bone. When I apply it on the entire eyelid, it obviously "gathers" in the lines of the eye, so I avoid it. It's not a waste, but I wouldn't buy it again.
