I also bought the juro pro Vienna. Satisfied.

The first one I received was defective (crooked and not from transportation, it didn't stand in the ironing position and had many problems) so I had to return it for a replacement. The second one I received had almost the same problems. Extremely unstable. Every time I iron, it moves so much that the iron is in danger of falling. Crooked again at the bottom, so when I want to close it and put it in an upright position, it doesn't latch, resulting in it opening. When the grid heats up during ironing, it wobbles and creates dents. In short, disappointment. Too expensive for its quality. It's not worth even 10€. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.

Lightweight and not stable at all. The ironing board base is not foldable. The build quality does not correspond to its price. Disappointing for JuroPro.

Very good ironing board, one small disadvantage it has <it is very big> and it is a little difficult to store it.

I bought this ironing board about a month ago.

The positives are that it is large and at the same time lightweight, which makes it particularly convenient.

The negatives are the ironing cover, which will probably need to be replaced soon, which is disproportionate to its cost.

I would also like to mention that I was not satisfied with the fact that I had to return it and it took about 15 days and several phone calls to get it replaced by the company!

The problem was that when the bottom grid heated up, it had a contraction-expansion issue, and as the iron passed over it, it made oscillations up and down, making the characteristic sound of metal.

After finally receiving the new one, I encountered the same problem, but I decided to compromise and not deal with it anymore. I don't know if any other user is experiencing the same problem, but from the reviews of buyers I had seen before the purchase, there was nothing like that.

Finally, I would like to mention (again, from personal experience) that sometimes (not always), it is better to buy something from a reputable store, even if it is a bit more expensive, and preferably in the city where you live. I believe that the after-sales service is better than other smaller and cheaper stores.
