Loneliness, you see, loneliness... brings strange ideas... Kapa Publications presents three one-act plays by the great playwright Loula Anagnostaki in a new edition titled The Trilogy of the City. The cover features a work by Kostas Gourdzis, who also contributes three illustrations, one for each play.

The one-act play "The Overnight Stay" was performed for the first time, along with the one-act plays "The City" and "The Parade," under the general title "The City," by the Theatre of Arts in May 1965, directed by Karolos Koun, with sets and costumes by Maria Roussou. Participants included: Sofia Michopoulou (Old Woman), Katerina Karayianni (Sophia), and Nikos Charalambous (Mimis). It was also broadcast by Rai3 Radio in October 1966.

The one-act play "The City" premiered at the Theatre of Arts in May 1965, directed by Karolos Koun, with sets and costumes by Maria Roussou. Participants included: Nektarios Vouteris (Kimon), Maya Lymberopoulou (Elisabeth), and Giorgos Lazanis (Photographer). Additionally, in January 1966, it was presented by Cypriot television directed by Evi Gavriilidi. Furthermore, in April 1967, it was performed at the Tearto dei Verdi in Padua in a translation by Filippo Maria Pontani and directed by N. Tsigganos, and in July 1969, it was broadcast by the BBC in a translation by George Angell and directed by Martin Esslin.

The one-act play "The Parade" premiered at the Theatre of Arts in May 1965, directed by Karolos Koun, with sets and costumes by Maria Roussou. Participants included: Ekali Sokou (Zoi) and Mimis Kougioumtzis (Aris). Additionally, in May 1968, it was staged in Paris, at the Maison des Lettres, in a translation by Nikolaos Papandreou & J.Y.C. Fossé and directed by Antoine Vitez, featuring actors Colin Harris and Brigitte Jacques.
