I bought Beteno once from a local store. Without being hit, stepped on, dropped, or any other damage whatsoever, they stopped working in a week. With great difficulty, I exchanged them at the store for a second pair, which again broke in about a week. I contacted China, the company, and they explained to me that they are a small company and cannot send me another pair or ask for compensation for the ones that broke.
I would not buy them again unless they give them to me for free.
Αγόρασα Beteno μία φορά από τοπικό κατάστημα. Χωρίς να χτυπήσουν, πατηθούν, πέσουν ή όποια άλλη φθορά απολύτως, σταμάτησαν να λειτουργούν σε μία εβδομάδα. Με πολύ κόπο τα αντάλλαξα στο κατάστημα με δεύτερο ζευγάρι, το οποίο πάλι χάλασε σε μία περίπου εβδομάδα. Επικοινώνησα με Κίνα, με την εταιρία και μου εξήγησαν ότι είναι μικρή εταιρία και δεν μπορούν να μου στείλουν άλλο ζευγάρι ούτε να ζητήσουν να αποζημιωθώ για αυτά που χάλασαν.
Δεν θα τα ξανα αγόραζα παρα μόνο εάν μου τα δώσουν δωρεάν.
