    Magnesium citrate is the worst form of magnesium, it is not well absorbed and also contains stevia which blocks hormones, so it is better to look for something else for your children.

    And after a while, I am confirmed because the World Health Organization recommended not consuming stevia, which we thought was a healthy sweetener.
