It works, it really works. It dries you out slowly but it does the job. Of course, you want a second box but you will see results, and you take it in cycles (there are instructions in the package, I think 60 days on and 30 days off). The only downside for me is that I felt a bit fatigued (it kind of brought me down), but despite that, I continued and it did the job. Many pills together, a bit heavy but a good supplement.

The correct dosage is one pack per day with waking up for 3 weeks, then 1 week of abstinence, then again for another 3 weeks, and this way the box will last you for two cycles. Good product to lose fat, while not losing too much muscle mass like other thermogenic products do. It takes a while to work, so don't expect to see immediate results, but also once you finish taking them, they continue to work for a period of time. It's not for muscle mass gain, as someone mentioned about bench press and weights and expected to become a Hulk, it's purely for fat burning and gives you a little extra caffeine boost. The 9 pills are easy to take, they're not big. It's been 3 years since I started taking them and I am fully satisfied, in combination with diet, exercise, and zero alcohol to not put extra strain on the liver and kidneys.

By far the best fat burner after mitotropin once upon a time in the distant 2008.
I highly recommend it, although after 10 minutes it gives me heartburn and nausea.
It definitely works and suppresses appetite.
For now, it is one of the best fat burners I have tried.

I would not recommend it, as it had minimal results even though I was dieting and exercising. There were minimal differences in the calories I lost when I took it compared to when I didn't take it

With full exercise daily, consuming 800-1000 calories and following a careful diet, it did absolutely nothing. 60 kg bench and 10 kg dumbbells, no increase in muscle. I also combined it with the creatine from the same company for "better" results. COUNTLESS PILLS 9+9 for two doses of this and +8 of the other. No results in weight loss or volume.

I bought it during a period when I wasn't exercising at all, and due to an injury, I was constantly in bed. Not only did I not gain weight, but I also lost some inches from my waist and thighs.

It doesn't work miracles, like all over the counter fat burners, it simply helps with weight loss along with proper diet and exercise. It is one of the relatively strong products with a full range of actions (diuretic, thyroid, etc.). It's difficult to attribute the weight I lost specifically to this product, but I believe it helped. The number of pills it contains is more marketing (to appear effective) than necessity, something that this company does with all its products. Note the high caffeine content.

It only works with a careful diet and enough aerobic exercise.
I won't buy it again because there are too many pills.
