Overall, it’s considered good value for its category, with its sturdy construction and affordable price being key advantages. It’s said to be easy to assemble and suitable for long-term use, even by multiple children. However, some find the scooter flexible or difficult to turn, and there have been reports of issues with the screws and lights, which require a fair amount of speed to come on.
For €30, it's decent. Don't expect much, and make sure to tighten all the screws because on our first ride, the front wheel came off
It is very flexible, resulting in it touching the ground if the child weighs over 15 kilograms (using a seat, I don't know if it is upright). I would give another 10€ to get something more compact. I recommend it because you can see if the child is using it and it is good on ground level.
P.S.: This type of scooter turns with the weight of the body, so don't look for something cheap that can do everything
Very good purchase!!!
I started with my first child and it has also been taken by the third!!!
Daily use!!!
Very sturdy construction and safe
The scooter does not turn even with force. I would not buy it again. As for the lights, they require a lot of speed to turn on. You don't cry for your money, but it is not user-friendly for young children aged 2-3. Other than that, it is beautiful and rides well on the road
Very good. Strong construction if you think that I have it for 2 years now in an outdoor space. Now it is being used by a second child and it is great!
Bad quality, stickers were missing and after a short use, the screws protrude, causing discomfort to the child. What a shame, we didn't enjoy it at all!
There are definitely better products on the market, but 4 stars from me for the exceptional value for money! Perhaps the best choice at this price
It is a nice copy of the more expensive (but also higher quality) Y Volution by the OEM company, called "OEM Jumphigh Baby Kids Sit Scooter 3-in-1".
The main difference with the authentic Y Volution is its front wheel system.
- The authentic Y Volution scooter (which costs twice as much) has a system similar to the MacPherson knees of cars, and each wheel is independent, giving it a very high-quality and sturdy feel when turning.
- The OEM has done a very good job on the scooter, but the front single axle and its plastic parts make it withstand less weight compared to the "normal" one, as stated on the packaging (the maximum weight capacity of the scooter).
Visually, the Y Volution (the good one) has black front wheels, while the copy (OEM) is visually more beautiful as it has transparent wheels matching the color of the scooter.
Also, on the seat, the Y Volution has its name, while the OEM has the word "scooter" written on it.
Finally, because in our group, 3 people bought the OEM and 2 have the Y Volution, the OEM does not fit as well (their accessories and plastic parts. I am referring to the basket that the OEM has and the plastic safety underneath the seat that does not "fit" the same on all of them).
Of course, none of these things make it dangerous, as the poor "harmony" of the plastics only relates to the accessories.
5 stars for the Y Volution and 4 stars for the OEM
