    I've been trying to buy here for a week, but chkdsk won't work because it gets stuck on the bad sectors. The smart already has around 10,000 bad sectors. It's going back for a refund.
    Edit: I've received the replacement and since then, until today 5/20, I haven't had any problems.

    Owner of Seagate Barracuda 2TB for about a month now. Firstly, I should mention that the computer runs for 20 hours a day, every day.

    The hard drive has proven to be very reliable, fast, completely silent, and of high quality in its construction during the time I have been using it. As an example, it took about 45 minutes to transfer 173GB of files, and it goes without saying that the characteristics listed as a description are 100% accurate.

    Also, for anyone wondering, the SATA cable is not included in the package.

    Overall, I am completely satisfied, and I will return if any problems arise.

    I have purchased and used both this and the same model in 1TB. The 1TB lasted about 4-5 years and my computer is on for 300 days a year with all the hard drives running continuously without stopping. Very good speeds and very reliable, as about a month before it died, I heard it struggling a bit and so I took all my files out. I have been using the 2TB for 6-7 months now and it works perfectly! I highly recommend it, especially at this price of €56 (March 2018).

    I have this one and the corresponding WD Blue (WD20EZRZ) with the same capacity, about the same price (~€65), with a purchase difference of 3 months.

    + It is a quite fast HDD, much faster than the WD: 190 read/150 write for the Seagate, 120 read/110 write for the WD.
    + It has features that are missing from the WD according to AIDA64, without the opposite being true (e.g., Advanced power management, Write-read-verify).

    I recommend it.

The 1TB lasted about 4-5 years and my computer is on for 300 days a year with all the hard drives running continuously without stopping. Very good speeds and very reliable, as about a month before it died, I heard it struggling a bit and so I took all my files out. I have been using the 2TB for 6-7 months now and it works perfectly! I highly recommend it, especially at this price of €56 (March 2018).

    I have this one and the corresponding WD Blue (WD20EZRZ) with the same capacity, about the same price (~€65), with a purchase difference of 3 months.

    + It is a quite fast HDD, much faster than the WD: 190 read/150 write for the Seagate, 120 read/110 write for the WD.
    + It has features that are missing from the WD according to AIDA64, without the opposite being true (e.g., Advanced power management, Write-read-verify).

    I recommend it.
