I have polycystic ovaries and generally had an irregular cycle, which I tried to regulate with contraceptives. As soon as I learned about inositol, I stopped the contraceptives. Very good, but because it is very difficult to find d-chiro Inositol with the same quantity, there is always some excess of one of the two. I prefer to take something that combines both. Unfortunately, in Greece I have only found inofert combi, which, considering the quantity it has and the fact that this might be a supplement you take your whole life to regulate hormones, I think is expensive. Otherwise, you have to order from abroad.
