This product provides energy and is very helpful during training. If you also read reviews from websites that deal with the subject, they explain that it is an entry level pre-workout supplement and I would comment that it is wrongly mentioned in other comments that it is weak, etc. It is just right for someone who wants to increase their level in the initial stages, without causing jitters, overstimulation, etc.
Very important: the times I have used it so far, it did not affect my sleep unlike others that caused insomnia.
In terms of taste, it is satisfactory.

It didn't impress me! I didn't see any difference compared to similar products from other companies (I had taken samples of a dose) where I would feel the tingling sensation within half an hour of using the set, with this one, nothing. No boost, no tingling, etc. I should note that I haven't tried it before and that I have taken 20-30 doses in my life over a period of 3-4 years, so I'm not used to anything.

The fruit punch flavor is okay but not anything amazing. It's not to my taste, it reminds me a little of syrup we used to have as kids.

The product is generally good and does its job. 3 stars because the Kiwi flavor is simply bad. I initially tried the Blue raspberry flavor which is excellent, however, the Kiwi doesn't even come close and also leaves a very strong banana aftertaste instead of Kiwi, which is not pleasant even though I like bananas.

It has a very nice taste. It really gives you energy during the workout. However, it is not as strong as other pre-workouts. I have tried stronger ones.
