I rate it 3 stars because it has a good taste and does not cause any issues. However, many studies have shown that to do what it claims, it should also contain the other EAAs which are not included. For this reason, I would not buy a supplement that only contains BCAAs again.

Για αυτόν τον λόγο δεν θα ξανά αγόραζα ένα σκεύασμα το οποίο περιέχει μόνο bcaa.
