Opinions are mixed: the cable is useful for connecting devices located far from the computer, such as a printer. However, several people report recognition or connection problems and a short lifespan.

6 months was its lifespan. I don't know if it was because it was so many meters (15m) but only in the first month did it work without problems. From the second month, every time I turned on the computer, I had to take it out and put it back in to get it started. I said I would keep it until it died. It didn't last long.

For the need I had to connect a printer that is far away from the computer, it does the job perfectly. Time will tell if it holds up.
