15 days of use and it has opened in 4 places. On it, it says it can go up to -18 degrees in the freezer. This is not true because it becomes rock hard and you can't use it. You have to leave it out for 15 minutes. It has no durability at all. I wouldn't buy it again. Also, it is not an MSD brand as shown. An old MSD I had was much more durable. They show one thing in the photos but send something else.

I used it warm for lumps in the chest during breastfeeding. Very convenient size and it retained heat quite well!

The best ice pack / hot water bottle, I got it after an Ulnar Neuritis surgery on my elbow since the clinic used the same one. It stays cold for over 40 minutes. While other brands lose their coolness within 10 minutes and are three times the price. I highly recommend it

A very good product for the job it does. Initially, I only want it cold for the tendinitis I have from the computer. It doesn't go in the freezer but in the fridge's cooling section. It offers you at least half an hour of cold application and I feel that it provides deep cooling to the hand. There is a difference with the gel I have. I recommend it.

I think it heats up relatively quickly. Additionally, my mistake of course, I forgot it in the freezer for a few days and it had crystals inside at the edges instead of gel, but they disappeared afterwards.

In the freezer it becomes solid and stays solid for a very long time after taking it out, it is not flexible making it useless. As a heat pack, it does not hold heat very long, again making it pretty useless. I bought two, I regret it. The construction is good but the gel inside useless.

In the first ten uses only as an ice pack, the seams on the sides opened and the gel started to come out. I would not recommend it.

I bought the gel patch from MVS In Motion in the size of 35cm x 25cm because I needed to apply ice to my knee after a meniscus surgery. I have been using it daily for about two months and several times throughout the day. It is very durable and very easy to use, as it wraps around the entire knee and cools it uniformly. I also recommend it for use on the shoulder. Finally, it is mentioned in the accompanying brochure and on the product itself that it can also be used for heat therapy, but I have not tried it to report my experience.

The best thing out there. You heat it up for 2 minutes in the microwave, and you have it warm. You put it in the freezer, and you have it cold. I have bought it many times, and I will buy it again. Only this brand. The other ones I have seen do not have good build quality.

Product for hot-cold. Apply to any point of the body that has pain (and requires ice or heat). I have bought it many times. Superb construction quality. It can be put in the refrigerator and microwave. Get it, you will remember me.

In use with a microwave, it raises the temperature significantly and heats perfectly. However, when soaked in hot water, it doesn't perform very well, even if you leave it in the water for more than 2 minutes. In conclusion, in case you don't have a microwave, it's better to use a hot water bottle (this applies, of course, to all similar products). Everything is fine in terms of cooling.
