If a sudden deadly, contagious disease presents itself in Parliament? If, in order to prevent the spread of the plague, the Gendarmerie builds doors and windows of Parliament, moves relatives of politicians and bribe-takers to its square, and conducts a holocaust? If certain birds from Parliament, which ascend 'high', transmit the miasma to celestial beings? If the statues peacefully emerge from the museums and ask for a glass of water?
And if the citizen witnesses the subsequent consequences of the plague: the capital transformed into a flat, blooming plain, where the inhabitants (formerly 6 million, now 6 thousand) are now happy, and all the above are seen as a happy ending and they decide that: Parliament, Laws, State, are unnecessary for them?
