Excellent for "general" insoles. I replaced the insoles in some Puma sneakers I had and the difference I've noticed is huge. Firstly, my feet don't get tired as easily, secondly, my feet don't hurt when I take off my shoes after hours of use, and thirdly, my soles have stopped developing calluses.
Ideally, everyone's insoles should be customized, but unfortunately, those come at a cost. For anyone who can't afford custom insoles, these are a very good solution.

They are quite high; if the shoe is borderline, they won't fit. In an unworn boot, at least one size up. If it's not new and has stretched, you won't have any problems even in your "regular" size.

Very good insoles, I am overweight and they kept me in very good condition throughout my service, doing full duties and chores. If you know you will be going to the border, get 2 pairs and wear the second one halfway through your service. If you sprinkle a lot of powder in the boots, take them out and shake them once or twice a week so they don't harden.
