At the dealership, they wanted to charge me 25 euros for a new cord reel in one day, but after my complaints, they finally repaired it. It's a powerful and cheap machine, but the plastic and metal parts look worse than a children's toy at the flea market. I don't believe it will withstand heavy use for long, hopefully time will prove me wrong.
