Unfortunately, within a year and a half, I ended up changing the cord three times. After five to ten starts, the nylon teeth of the engagement mechanism wear out. I tried both genuine and imitation cords, but the motor is high displacement and high compression, and the nylon teeth of the engagement mechanism are of low quality and poor design, so they wear out very quickly. At the service center, they try to blame me for not pulling it correctly, but this is not true. I have been the owner of various machines with cords for thirty years, such as chainsaws, outboard motors, lawnmowers, etc. This is the first time something like this has happened to me.

In the second time I tried to pull my cord reel, the handle broke and the spring with the rope inside was pulled out. At the dealership, they wanted to charge me 25 euros for a new cord reel in one day, but after my complaints, they finally repaired it. It's a powerful and cheap machine, but the plastic and metal parts look worse than a children's toy at the flea market. I don't believe it will withstand heavy use for long, hopefully time will prove me wrong.
