It features additional reinforcement with a foam pad, ensuring better support of the kneecap, as well as rigid metal supports with polycentric articulation on both sides for lateral ligament support. It heats, relieves pain, minimizes friction during movement, and offers uniform distribution of compression to the soft tissues.

The application and adjustment of compression is done with two adhesive straps with velcro closure.
