This specific one was recommended to me by a doctor. After 7 months of use, without any other changes in lifestyle and diet, I saw my LDL decrease by 10 units and my HDL increase by 13 (!) units, so high that it has never been before. That's regarding cardiovascular health. Definitely, wounds heal faster. As for the rest, antioxidant action, etc., I don't know and you can't see the results automatically. However, I think it is a good supplement, of plant origin, that does good.
