The first time I used it, I fell asleep in fifteen minutes. With one spray. Sleep for 3-4 hours with endless dreams. The next day, dizziness and headache. I only take it when I have intense anxiety. Now, after 3 months, I have reached 3 sprays and it can take more than an hour to work. The taste is very bad, I suffer when the time passes after the spray and I have to swallow.

It does what it promises, with 6-7 sprays and a liter of tsipouro I fell asleep immediately... unfortunately for me it didn't work at all, as if I hadn't taken it. I really did reach 7 sprays

It is the only thing that worked for me. I had tried pills and gummies and nothing. I randomly found this in a pharmacy shortly before my exams when I was very anxious and couldn't relax to sleep. Luckily, it worked and I still use it today when I can't sleep due to anxiety.

Contrary to the negative reviews, personally, it worked (and still works) perfectly for me from the very first application. It helps you fall asleep. However, after 3-4 hours when its effect has worn off, you wake up again. One spray is not helpful. Two are effective.

Incredible product. I used it daily in the form of a 3-5 gram capsule (per capsule). Dose by dose, this specific product can replace a capsule with triple the content. The truth is, I would like it in double the dosage.
