    Out of the 21 ampoules in the package, only 10 opened properly. For the rest, I struggled to open them with scissors, which was not practical because the capsule is designed to drip the liquid only from where the notch on the cap stops, and when I made a cut in the cap with the scissors, it would either drip everywhere or not at all. Very tiring and annoying! I would not buy them again.
