UNACCEPTABLE ergonomics of the product... especially for its high price! The applicators are defective... they don't even release the liquid as described on the packaging or in the company's videos, so you are forced to pierce the red cap of the ampoule with something sharp or remove it completely (even though the instructions say not to!). Afterwards, you either use it by pouring the liquid directly onto your head, or you put the applicator on the ampoule with the pierced or no cap, but then it leaks everywhere and a large amount is wasted! As for effectiveness, I will return at the end of the treatment... and this rating concerns the functionality, which is disappointing

Τα απλικατέρ ελαττωματικά....δεν βγάζουν καν το υγρό όπως περιγράφεται στη συσκευσία ή σε βίντεο της εταιρείας , οπότε αναγκάζεσαι να τρυπήσεις με κάτι αιχμηρό το κόκκινο καπάκι της αμπούλας ή να το αφαιρέσεις τελείως (ενώ βάσει οδηγιών δεν πρέπει!). Μετά είτε την χρησιμοποιείς χύνοντας το υγρό απ ευθείας στο κεφάλι σου, είτε βάζεις το απλικατέρ στην τρύπια ή χωρίς καπάκι αμπούλα αλλά τότε αυτό τρέχει από παντού και μεγάλη ποσότητα πάει χαμένη! Ως προς την αποτελεσματικότητα θα επανέλθω στο τέλος της θεραπείας...και αυτή η βαθμολογία αφορά στη λειτουργικότητα η οποία είναι απογοητευτική
